More about Jessica Moses:

Jessica joined the staff of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee two years ago. On the Committee she covers Humanitarian Assistance, Refugees, Atrocities Prevention, Human Rights, and Democracy and Governance efforts.  Her prior background is in refugee issues. Jessica received her undergraduate degree from Santa Clara University, and her graduate degree at Tel Aviv University. She is originally from Portland, Oregon.
